Cheetos Chicken Fries

Ingredients:
• 2 Whole Chicken Breasts
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
• 1 Powdered Cheese Packet
• Cheetos (Puffs)
• XXtra Flaming Hot Cheetos (Crunchy)
• Oil for Frying

Directions:
1.) Square off the top & bottom of the chicken breast to the length of the chicken fry you want
2.) Cut the long way in 1/4" slices until all your chicken is cut
3.) Now cut these slices down the middle to create your perfect chicken fry shape
4.) Wet mix is 1 Egg & 1/2 Cup Milk whisked together
5.) Dry mix is 1 Cup ground up Cheetos Puffs, 1/4 Cup Flour & 1 Powdered Cheese Packet
6.) Coat the chicken with just flour, then toss into wet mix and finish it off in the dry mixture
7.) Deep fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked
8.) If you want a dangerously cheesy taste, toss the chicken into a bowl of ground up Cheetos Puffs after coming out of the fryer for a double coat of cheese
