Doritos Locos Taco

Prep: 10 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 2 minutes

Equipment:

• Parchment Paper

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Masa Corn Flour
• 1 Cup Crushed Doritos
• 1 Cup Water
• Orange Food Dye (optional): http://amzn.to/2ckken7
• 1 tsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Oil for frying
• Taco Stuff

Directions:

1.) Grind up enough Doritos to make 1 Cup and pour that into a big bowl

2.) Add 1 Cup of Masa Corn Flour, all the seasonings into the big bowl and mix together

3.) Optionally, add some orange food dye to 1 Cup of Water and slowly add the water into the big bowl as you mix

4.) Once it all comes together roll it into a giant ball cover the bowl and let this sit for 30 minutes

5.) Grab 1-2 inch balls from your mixture and lay it on non-stick paper in between the tortilla press

6.) Make sure non-stick paper is on top and bottom of the press before you press

7.) Grill your round dough on medium high heat for 30 seconds a side to keep it all together

8.) Now using your Taco Tongs, deep fry the taco for 2 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy

9.) Fill your taco shells with whatever you want
