You may have been told not to play with your food, but with this recipe feel free to still not play with your food that's weird. Tetris shaped chicken nuggets should totally be a thing that exists. But it doesn't, so we have to do it at home.

Tetris Nuggets
265 Calories Per Serving

Prep: 10 minutes
Freeze: 2 Hours
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 4 minutes

• Parchment Paper
Ingredients:
• 1 Lb Ground Chicken
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
• 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Breading Station:
• Seasoned Flour Mix
• Egg Wash (2 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Water)
• Shake & Bake

Directions:
1.) In a big bowl, mix together 1 pound of Ground Chicken, 1 Egg, 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs & 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese.
2.) Flatten it out on a non-stick surface. I would actually recommend putting a sheet of wax paper on top and roll it out with a rolling pin until you have the surface area necessary to cut out your Tetris shapes.
3.) Using the template I created or you can create your own, start by making cuts on the outside boarder working your way inside. It'll make it easier to scale the pieces so they're all the same size. This part took me about 10 minutes to do, but if you can find those Tetris cookie cutter shapes online I presume that would be an easier method fo sho.
4.) Freeze for 2 hours minimum.
5.) When you take it out, you'll need to still cut along the edges to break them free.
6.) Dip each piece into a seasoned flour mixture, then into the egg wash and end it with the shake and bake. Set aside on some wax paper until ready to deep fry.
7.) Deep fry at 350°F for 4 minutes and then let cool on wire rack.
8.) Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and for once you should be allowed to play with your food.
